With effect from 17:00 Friday 13th October 2017, ISPS day visitor passes will no longer be issued at Europa Reception for access into London Container Terminal Restricted Area which includes the companies and assets within (i.e. Lockside).
ISPS day visitor passes will from the above time and date be issued from the ISPS Pass Office (08:00-16:00 Monday to Friday) and from the Police Station at all other times.
As with all other assets, passes should only be issued when prior notification is received on visitorstoships@potll.com and the applicant is able to provide approved photographic ID.
