Apologies for earlier mail shot and Website notice, the wrong template reason was sent out regarding our system upgrade which is actually working fine
The reason for the 60 minute shut down is due to a ‘Stand down for Safety’ briefing that we are obliged to carryout every year.
To do this we will need to cease work landside and shipside reefers and Europa for 60 minutes starting at 15:00 on May 22nd 2019.
What this means to you:
o There will be no bookings available for the 15:00 to 16:00 hour o Any vehicle from the 14:00 to 15:00 hour not completed by 15:00 will be completed in the 16:00 to 17:00 hour when work resumes o We have placed extra bookings in the system for hours 16:00 to 17:00 and 17:00 to 18:00 o We have extra resource between 13:00 and 15:00 and again from 16:00 to 18:00
